Event RegistrationAdultsUnless otherwise stated, each event requires individuals to sign up with a church in order to attend. The church will submit a GROUP Booking form to reserve the spaces with the camp. As such, all payments will be given to the church.
Youth & KidsEach event requires individuals to sign up with a church in order to attend. The church will submit a GROUP Booking form to reserve the spaces with the camp. As such, all camper/sponsor forms and individual payments will be given to the church. Individuals may download the CAMPER or SPONSOR Registration forms for the desired event, unless the church has a form they prefer you to fill out.
PDF FormatAll forms are in the PDF format. You may fill out a form in your web browser window and print it or you may download the form. To download the PDF form simply click on the form name and then save the file to your computer. Please fill out the forms in Adobe Acrobat and then print them to turn in.
